concise overview on a specified parcel of
property and the current owner. Turnaround is
within 24 hours.
The Legal and Vesting Report includes the
following information:
• Vested Title Holder
• Legal Description of Subject Property
• Parcel Identification Number (PIN)
PROPERTY REPORT
Our Property Report (also referred to as Owners
and Encumbrances or O&E Report) is a
simplified non-insurance snapshot of the current
ownership and lien status of a property,
designed to facilitate closing of equity and home
improvement loans. Turnaround is generally
24-48 hours.
The Property Report includes the following
information:
• Vested Title Holder
• Legal Description of Subject Property
• Parcel Identification Number (PIN)
• Open Mortgages
• Delinquent Taxes
• Any Open Judgments
• Recording Information
